One month remains for voting in Telangana
In Telangana, voting for all 119 Legislative Assembly seats will take place on November 30, with the vote counting scheduled for December 3. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is the ruling party in the state. Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are making efforts to challenge the TRS. In the previous legislative assembly elections held in 2018, the TRS (formerly known as TRS) won 88 seats and retained its power. In contrast, Congress secured 19 seats, and AIMIM won seven seats. BJP had to be content with just one seat.
Congress has appointed Ajay Kumar as the communication in-charge for the Telangana elections.
As per a party statement, Kumar will take complete responsibility for communication, including media, social media, and the “war room,” in the Telangana Legislative Assembly elections. Voting for the 119 Legislative Assembly seats in Telangana is scheduled for November 30, with vote counting taking place on December 3.
